Union Canal
The union canal is a great place to run in a flat traffic free environment. All of the routes are out and back (the distances shown on the maps are in one direction only) but the views are great so you won't get bored!
There are 3 routes displayed so there is a good run for people of all abilities (and also something to aim for with the 12 miler).
