The London Route
Hyde Park
Hyde Park is one of the largest green spaces in central London and provides a truely great place to run right in the heart of the capital. The park provides a great place to run and be in a plesant traffic free envioronment which is often hard to find in London. The routes in fact take in along with Hyde Park, Kennisington Gardens, Green Park and St James Park. The later parks provide an opportunity to run right past Buckingham Palace. The routes given are all on road/paths and are virtually completely flat.
Regents Park
Regents Park is another great green space in the heart of London. The route in fact provides an opportunity to add extra distance by going into Primrose Hill. There is also the chance to do some track work because there is a fantastic cinder track on the outside of Regents Park. As with the Hyde Park loops all the routes are on road/paths, Regents Park is relatively flat, however as the name suggests Primrose Hill has some hills!
