PRIZES AWARDED ON FINISHING POSITIONS IN HANDICAP RESULTS, WHICH IS REGARDLESS OF TIME RUNNER WSS SET OFF. RUNNERS MUST FINISH WITHIN 4% OF PREDICTED TIME TO BE ELIGABLE FOR CASH.

NEW…5km ‘Handicap’ race, using a fast traffic free and pancake flat route on footpaths and cycle tracks around Exeter Canal and the River Exe. This event is suitable for runners of all standards
Runners will be given a start time based on their predicted time finish time (assuming the predicted time is accurate), every runner should have an equal chance of winning!
Cash prizes will be one offer - runners will have to finish within a 4% of their predicted time to be eligible, this will remove the temptation to put down a ‘bandit’ time:-) The % maybe adjusted on the day at our discretion if the weather is inclement!

No Spectators Allowed - This doesn’t apply to carers for disabled people, or adults needed to supervise under-18s in a safeguarding role. Where it’s necessary for them to be present, supervising adults should not mix with others from outside their household or support bubble.
