Get ready to chase your best at the Fast Friday 10K—a 2-lap road race designed for speed and fun! Whether you're an experienced runner aiming for a sub-40 or just starting your 10K journey, this flat, fast route is perfect for all abilities. With official pacemakers from 36 to 70 minutes, a fully signed and marshalled course, and a England Athletics-licensed event, this is your chance to smash that PB. Every finisher earns a medal.

RACE HQ: Boulder Exe, Tudor St, Exeter EX4 3BR (this is the Old Fitness First).Number Pick up will be at Boulder Exe. Limited toilets and changing will be available here before and after the race. Adidtional portaloos will be available outside. We will NOT be using Exwick Sports Hub at all this year.
ELITE & GOOD FOR AGE: We have a limited number of places reserved for Elite athletes and Good for Age Masters runners. To apply please join the waiting list and then email us and we will consider.
VOLUNTEERS NEEDED: All volunteers receive one free entry to any of our upcoming races as a thank-you. You’re welcome to use it yourself or gift it to a friend, family member, or running buddy!

Race Instructions: You should be able to find all the details you need reference the race here on the website. However we will email all entrants a race instructions email prior to the race.

Entry Limit: tbc
Entry Fees: 10k - £22 England Athletics Competitions License Holder,| £25 Standard Entry
Course Measurement: The 10km route has been measured by an accredited course measurer and hold course accuracy certificates - please note this course measurement procedure is more accurate than a GPS measurement.
Timing & Results: The race will be chip timed, there will be a large finish clock at the finish – please note this is just a guide and the master watch is held by our team of officials. Finish times will be produced in accordance to UK Athletics rules, rounding all times up to the nearest whole second. Results will be posted on website asap after the race and times will be eligible for Power10 and Run Britain Rankings.

There is limited car parking at Race HQ (Boulder Exe) this is first come first served. You can download parking app here.
Due to new sports pavillion there is VERY limited parking available at Exwick Playing Fields (Post Code EX4 1EG). Parking will be first come first served. Please note there is a height restriction barrier on entrance to car park - 2.1meter / 6"10.
There is on-street parking available on surrounding roads and also 2 council car parks a short walk/jog away.

From the moment we begin to organise an event, we start to incur costs. Your entry fee is invested into the cost of staging the event - everything from barriers to toilets, from printing to safety pins, from race numbers to marketing. Organising any event requires a considerable amount of forward planning, risk and expense. Therefore we are unable to offer refunds or defer entries over to the following year.
You can insure your entry via Protect Group when you enter the race - If you have selected Refundable Terms on your booking and are unable to attend your booking due to unforeseen circumstances outside of your control you may be entitled to a refund - please see full set of Refundable Terms and Conditions here. To apply for a refund, please find the instructions on how to apply in the booking confirmation email you received after payment. Please note this insurance is not provided by us and we have no control over if participants are eligible for a refund..
Entry transfers are permitted up to one week before race day. Instructions on how to complete a transfer are included in your original entry confirmation email. Please note that the original entrant is responsible for finding a replacement runner; City Runs cannot facilitate this process. Any repayment or transfer of entry fee must be arranged privately between the original entrant and the new runner.
