Join us for the Exeter 10K on Wednesday 9th July 2025 – a fast, flat and traffic-free 10km route along the scenic footpaths of the River Exe and Exeter Quay. Whether you're chasing a new PB or taking on your first 10K, this summer evening run is perfect for all abilities. With chip timing, pacers from 36 to 65 minutes, and a fully signed and marshalled course, you’ll be supported every step of the way. All finishers receive a medal, and proceeds help support Devon Air Ambulance. Come and be part of a great community run!

Supporting Devon Air Ambulance
Devon Air Ambulance provides exemplary and time-critical care to patients across Devon and beyond. We operate 2 Air Ambulance Helicopters along with 4 Critical Care Cars, which are crewed by Critical Care Doctors and Paramedics. We operate for 19 hours per day, 365 days a year: attending, on average, 6 incidents a day! We are 100% funded by the people of Devon, so by raising money for us you are helping to safeguard our service – thank you.

Route Advisory Note: Runners should be aware that approximately 2km of the course, which is covered twice (around 3–5km and again from 7–9km), runs through Riverside Valley Park. This section follows an unmade road/track that is uneven and rough in places. There are also a couple of cattle grids along this stretch—these will be covered with boards, but we still advise all participants to take extra care when running through this area. Please remain alert and watch your footing to ensure a safe and enjoyable race experience.
Baggage: Runners can leave baggage in the Race HQ. This is entirely at your own risk.
Showers/Changing: Limited showers will be available at Race Hq
Toilets: Toilets will be available
Prizes: Prizes will be awarded to the First 3 Male & Female runners overall. Winners of each Age Category will be emailed/posted their prize after the event. Only one prize per competitor.

From the moment we begin to organise an event, we start to incur costs. Your entry fee is invested into the cost of staging the event - everything from barriers to toilets, from printing to safety pins, from race numbers to marketing. Organising any event requires a considerable amount of forward planning, risk and expense. Therefore we are unable to offer refunds or defer entries over to the following year.
